Spanish Totur SPANISH CLASSES
Instructor: Bettye Sweet, M.S. Sweet’s first assignment in the LAUSD was at 49 th Street Elementary School teaching the Spanish curriculum to 4 th grade Latinos. She taught Language! and ESL at Jefferson High School for five years and night school ESL at Trinity Adult School. Sweet is a tenured teacher, publisher, author, and motivational speaker. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business from the University of Redlands, her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the Union Institute and a Masters of Science Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from National University.
